
Ayodeji Adekanbi is a postgraduate fellow in Energy Studies with a specialization in Renewable Energy at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He had his first degree in Physics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is a staunch advocate of energy literacy and is passionate about the transition of the global energy scope from fossil fuels to renewables. He is the President of the Centre for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law Student Association, the student body of his postgraduate college.
As a researcher, he has written articles that have been featured in the Sustainability Magazine of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, UI Chapter. He has also written other topical articles in the energy sector for Energy Intelligence, an energy media company in Lagos, Nigeria.
He is currently studying for his mini-MBA with Tekedia Institute and holds a Diploma Certificate in Oil and Gas Management, Project Management and Quality Assurance and Control.
