Djerou Haggar Abdallah is a 25-year-old Chadian. He is currently studying management  and evaluation of public action at Aix Marseille University in France and is an engineer of economic planning works at Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar. 

He was the vice-president of students at the higher school of applied economics of Cheikh Anta Diop in 2019, a member of the eco-forum club in 2018, and was also a hygiene, safety, and environment supervisor at the OPIC company’s Africa branch in Chad in 2020. He worked on the theme of socio-professional reintegration policy for people with disabilities in Senegal, and participated in the creation of several reports.
