
Gwladys Mabah is a young researcher in economics. In 2018, she joined the Institute of Agricultural Research for Development (IRAD), Cameroon, where she is currently assigned to the Policy and Planning Division. Her previous research position was at the Science and Technology Policies unit of the National Committee for Technology Development (CNDT) of the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation. Within this role, she designed studies on public research valorization, communicated with policymakers through presentations and reports, and organized knowledge diffusion events under the supervision of senior researchers.
Gwladys Mabah holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Yaoundé 2 under the Inter-University Post-Graduate Program in Economics (NPTCI). Her major was Innovation and Knowledge Economics. She later attended capacity-building seminars and completed online courses on impact evaluation of policies and programs, intellectual property management and project management. Her experience with information platforms has allowed her to develop communication and information management skills especially in agricultural innovations and youth engagement in agriculture-dense areas.
