Since 2014, Ismail Lafri has been a teacher-researcher at the Institute of Veterinary Sciences, University of Blida 1, Algeria. He has participated in several national and international initiatives as an entomologist and epidemiologist in the surveillance of zoonotic arboviruses, and has supported the activities of the OIE Sub Regional Representation for North Africa. Ismail Lafri has been involved in several international projects and initiatives focused on the prevention and control of animal health diseases and zoonoses. He has published 16 papers in peer-reviewed journals.
