
Jalel Gargouri is a medicine doctor specializing in hemobiology-transfusion with a doctorate obtained in 1987 in Sfax, Tunisia, followed by training at CNTS, INTS and CNRGS in Paris (1987-89). Thereafter, he was trained in hematology (Paris 1989-90) and in administrative and financial management (INTS-Paris-1988). He completed a master's degree in hematology (Paris-1990), 14 UV (Paris 1988) and an IUD in health simulation (2016). In 1995, he trained in human resources management at IFSI-FSEG.
Since 1990, he has been a university hospital professor (PHU) in hematology-transfusion at F. Médecine Sfax. He was director of the regional blood transfusion center of Sfax and is director of the hematology laboratory of FM Sfax and of the RL “research laboratory: perinatal”. He has taught as a PHU in several institutions in Tunisia and Mauritania. He was HMHP Tutor during the "CEC health economics" at the University of Cologne.
