Jean-Baptiste Tondji is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Robert Vackar College of Business and Entrepreneurship at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in the United States. His long-term research goal is to design and implement economic and political institutions that lead to stable, inclusive, and efficient outcomes for better societies. His research agenda currently spans microeconomic theory, political economy, and the economics of organizations. Jean-Baptiste received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Ottawa in Canada and his BS and MS in Mathematics from the University of Yaounde I in Cameroon.
