Nouhed Chine is a maritime administrator & inspector with 21 years of experience working for the Merchant Marine and Port Authority of Tunisia.  She was also appointed as an IMO consultant to assist some countries in the maritime security field in 2019. 

Nouhed graduated with a master’s degree from the Naval Academy. She specializes in maritime affairs, port security management, and is responsible for implementing and enforcing the international maritime instruments such as a Flag State Administration.
