Bio/Description

Rodrigue Bazame is a native of Burkina Faso. Since February 2019, he has been a PhD candidate in real estate development and management at Ankara University in Turkey.  He completed his MSc in the same field and at the same university in January of 2017. Previously, he graduated from Thomas Sankara University (former Ouaga 2 University) in Burkina Faso with a Master and Bachelor in Agricultural, Natural Resources and Environmental Economics. Since September 2014, he has been involved in research related to land management, land development and its related institutional aspects, urban development in the developing world with focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, housing issues, and land value capture instruments and policies. In addition, he has developed skills in real estate market analysis and real estate appraisal. Since July 29, 2020, he has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the world’s leading professional qualification in land, property, construction, and infrastructure.
