Souhir Fourati is an Associate Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences (University of Carthage). Souhir obtained her PhD at the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) and teaches administrative law, public procurement law and competition law. She is the author of several scientific papers in law and a consultant in public procurement. She has participated in the professionalization of public procurement through the implementation of postgraduate degrees in her country as well as several other African and Middle Eastern countries.
