Stephen Mushimwa Chileshe is a young researcher who has been involved in agriculture for over 15 years. His corporate and academic journeys have led him to work and study in different parts of his country and the world. He is currently the team leader for the National Soybean Research Program under the Zambia Agriculture Research Institute.

Stephen is also involved in community activities and charity events. Beyond his role as a researcher, he coaches an under 15 boys’ soccer team in his community.
