The Pan-African Scientific Research Council brings together researchers and professionals from four thematic areas: social sciences; biomedical sciences; energy, environmental and agricultural sciences; and statistics, applied mathematics and computer science. These themes have been selected because of their relevance to pressing issues that the African continent faces today.
