Career development is one of the Council's main objectives. We strive to provide young researchers with the opportunity to be mentored by established researchers, and will be offering career development workshops to our members, young and experienced. Such initiatives will be targeted at strengthening the African continent's current and future research and evidence-based policymaking capacity.
